New World

2017–2018

New World is a photographic series made while travelling through California and the American West. Photographed from the road, the work considers the altered landscape — infrastructure, agriculture and energy production appearing within vast, seemingly empty spaces.

The series was presented at The Other Art Fair, Sydney (2017), in a pop-up exhibition at Bondi Pavilion (2018), as part of The Exhibition Project at City Recital Hall, Sydney (2018), and in the solo exhibition New World at Gaffa, Sydney (2018).
